Our approach to Yoga is based on the great teachings of Hatha Yoga and learnings deeply rooted to the traditions of the Nath Lineage, the founders of Hatha Yoga.


Nira Wellbeing is a MSME registered venture (UDYAM registration no. UDYAM-CG-05-0031003) and comprises of a collaborative team of Yoga Instructors, coaches and Ayurvedic doctors integrating various disciplines supportive of Yogic wellbeing.


Major Nithi’s Yoga journey started in 2018 when she was exposed to a sports injury but only to experience the potential of Yoga beyond therapeutic benefits. Post her release from Army in 2020, the COVID era impacted her equally. However, in 2022 , after battling COVID herself, she decided to formalise her association with Yoga as a full time practitioner.

She trained in classical Hatha Yoga from the prestigious Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra founded by Padma Bhushan Sri M who himself is a practising Yogi from the Nath lineage, the founders of Hatha Yoga. She has completed 200 hours teacher training and 400 hours certifications from Yoga Certification Board, AYUSH ministry, and 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training from RYS 200 Yoga Alliance. With a decade of military experience, and as a FIT India Ambassador, she envisions to promote Yoga as holistic well-being culture beyond it’s present understood potential.


With more than one and half decade of experience as an IT professional and a certified life coach, Jalpa collaborates with Nira Wellbeing as Beginner Yoga Lead Instructor. A Reiki therapist, she chose to explore Yoga to deepen her spiritual understanding. She is certified by Ayush Ministry as Yoga Instructor with more than 200hrs of training. She additionally pursues MA in Psychology currently and enriches the learning experience of participants through practices for mental wellbeing. She looks into facilitating participants who have never explored Yoga with necessary life tools for a sustainable Yogic well-being.


Srinivas CB is an advanced Yoga practitioner with a rich experience in  different modalities and techniques. A trained professional in Yogic techniques in five dimensions of Yoga- Kundalini, Siddha , Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

He holds thorough knowledge of the impact of Yogic practices on body, mind  and breath. With the blessings of his Gurus, who have trained him for 15 years, Srinivas facilitates in building introspective practices for participants.


Dr Ammu Basil, is a practicing Ayurvedic expert who specialises in Women’s Health. She has been supporting the participants at Nira Wellbeing since it’s inception in Dosha mapping , correct understanding of one’s body constitution and suitable Ayurvedic routines to support the Yogic practices. Her consultations help participants to incorporate diet and regimens which can supportive in their Yoga journey and also help in Yogic management for diseases.
